1. It is important for every Victorian to be global-minded because that way Victorians will be able to have an openness and awareness of diversity across cultures. The world is ever-evolving and there are new discoveries all the time, it is crucial for Victorians to know what is happening and the current issues of the world. This helps them to widen their knowledge and see things in more than one perspective.

2. Global-mindedness is evident when they talk about different cultures and current issues concerning the world. It can be seen if they are global-minded by the way they discuss the matter.

3. What best fosters the development of global-mindedness in a person is his/her community. The people around them has to instill global-mindedness as early as possible for them to fully understand what global-mindedness really is and its importance.

4. I agree with the comment. It sums up the meaning of global-mindedness and how it can be applied in our everyday lives.
